FirstSource is HIRING for a Collections Representative in Colorado Springs, CO! If you are interested in collections and boosting your customer service skills, this may be the job for you!

 

We are seeking individuals who can service calls/accounts, professionally respond to inquiries, and create a positive experience for the customer. This position offers growth opportunities in a global company, office experience, and development of your collection skills with some of the top banks in the country!

 

*This is an IN-OFFICE position*

5725 Mark Dabling Blvd, Colorado Springs

 

Schedule: Monday - Friday 11:00AM-8:00PM (No Weekends)

Pay: $17/hour

Training: Paid at regular rate

START DATE: Monday October 21st!

 

The Collection Representative contacts customers to analyze their needs, discuss payment arrangements, and offer alternative payment solutions with compassion, respect, and humaneness.

 

· Analyze a customer’s financial situation and offer the best payment solutions to meet customer needs and bank objectives.

· Maintain a high level of professionalism.

· Perform consistently to meet performance metrics.

· Adhere to compliance regulations and security policies.

· Comply with Federal and State laws.

 

Qualifications

· High school diploma or GED required.

· At least 6 months customer service or sales experience, with a strong track record of customer engagement and satisfaction.

· Consistent, stable work history.

· Basic computer skills, strong typing skills.

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

· Diligent and self-motivated.

· Positive and professional attitude, high work standards, dependability.

· Able to handle confidential information.
