This offer is a Collections campaign. You must find yourself comfortable calling customers to collect debt, negotiate payment arrangements, know how to use promises to pay, etc. 

This is an on-site position. We are located across El Caballito.

Schedule: 

  • 8.5 working hours a day 

  • 5 working days a week 

 

As a Collections Representative, you need: 

  • Experience in negotiating debt payments 

  • Basic Excel needs is a MUST 

  • Comfortability making outbound calls for collecting debt 

  • Ability to collect full debt or portion of the debt on the phone 

  • Basic knowledge on what "payment arrangements" and "promises to pay" are 

  • You need strong skills in "probing questions", investigations skills and active listening 

  • If you do not have experience in collections, a Finance background and strong call center customer service experience is a plus.
