Collection Representative

Account Representative – Full-Time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
Start Date: Monday, October 5th
No weekends required!

Schedule

Training: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Regular Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, with scheduled shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

• Three-day shifts per week
• Two afternoon/evening shifts per week

What You’ll Do

• Speak with customers to understand their financial situations and identify appropriate payment solutions
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, patience, and empathy
• Help customers work toward resolving their account balances
• Protect confidential customer information
• Follow all applicable federal and state regulations and company procedures
• Work toward performance goals related to call quality, customer resolutions, and collection results

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• At least six months of customer service or sales experience
• Stable work history and a professional demeanor
• Strong communication, computer, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with care and discretion
• Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
