Job Description"
- Lead the development, writing, and maintenance of comprehensive business operations policies and procedures, including desktop-level procedures, with a focus on Healthcare Payer operations.
- Collaborate with business units, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that meets organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Review and update existing documentation to reflect changes in business processes, technology, and regulations specific to Healthcare Payer operations.
- Ensure consistency and standardization of documentation across all business units.
- Utilize various tools and software to create and manage documentation, including word processors, content management systems, and graphic design tools.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of documentation to ensure ongoing accuracy and relevance.
- Provide training and support to staff on the use and interpretation of policies and procedures.
- Mentor and guide junior technical writers, providing support and knowledge sharing.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing and documentation, particularly in the Healthcare Payer sector.
