Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:  Should understand the client requirements and prepare a detailed project plan.  Would require to work with various stakeholders in implementing the plan  Acts as the single point of contact for the project for client and internal stakeholders and works closely with all the support functions and operations within the organization.  Needs to communicate & negotiate with clients as well as all other stakeholders and support functions for project related communication  Requires to use project management methodologies to manage transitions  Responsible to create process maps and measurement metrics as per requirement  Need to creatively come out with the best solution for implementation  Responsible to ensure strict adherence to timelines committed to the client.  Providing timely and accurate reporting and feedback of results both prior, during and after Transition implementation, escalating issues where necessary  Responsible for impact analysis for a change request and implementation of an approved change request  Tracking and ensuring projects are implemented within the signed off cost frame Position Dimension  Reporting levels: This position is reports to the AVP – PMO & Transition.  Positions Reporting to this Position: AMs-Managers  Good oral and written communication,  Good interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills (stakeholder management, client interaction)  Strong planning, problem solving and analytical skills  Should be creative and have an innovative mindset  Crisis, conflict management and issues management skills  Eye for detail as well as understanding of the big picture  Appreciate and understand client business.  Good team management skills and people management skills  Basic understanding of technology  Willing to work during US business hours (2 pm to 11.30 pm IST)  Result orientedness  Flexibility in meeting changing business needs.

EDUCATIONAL / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

 Any degree  7 - 8 years relevant experience of which minimum of 5 years should be with relevant experience in BPO Transition & PMO  Experience in working directly with clients  Must have at least 5 years of US healthcare experience (Payor or Provider)  Hands on experience in managing / transitioning projects (at least 2 years)  Microsoft Office skills including MS Project.
