Responsibilities

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • In-depth Knowledge and Experience in the US Health Care Payer System.
  • 4-6 years of experience in Claims Adjudication. With over 3 years’ experience in managing teams.
  • Desired experience in the Enrollment process.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the business challenges and provide knowledge and insights with the help of tools like RPA.
  • Ability to model data, create reports and experience in presenting the analysis and recommendations to clients and senior level management.
  • Need to be a people centric manager who could articulate the employee challenges to the management as well as motivate the team towards desired project goals.

  • Ensuring that the key Service Level Agreements are met consistently without any exceptions.
  • Leverage all Operational metrices to ensure that the Revenue and Profitability targets are met and exceeded.
  • Keen eye on process improvement and lean management with use of advanced technologies like AI and ML.
  • Work in tandem with all Business functions to ensure smooth business process.
  • Retention of key team members.

Qualification & Experience

Critical: Any Degree (Pass/Fail)

  • Graduation is a must in any stream of Education

 

 

 

Desirable:

 

  • Post graduation in any stream

  • Indepth Process knowledge in Claims Processing and Enrollment
  • Front ending the client in a must
  • Focus on continuous process improvement

  • Six Sigma certified
