A senior recruitment executive's job is to find and hire top talent for an organization. They manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees. 

Responsibilities

  • Understand hiring needs: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand what skills and experience are needed for the role 
  • Develop job descriptions: Write job descriptions for senior-level roles 
  • Source candidates: Use professional networking sites and job portals to find candidates 
  • Screen resumes: Review resumes and cover letters to assess candidates' qualifications 
  • Conduct interviews: Interview candidates to determine if they are a good fit for the role 
  • Perform background checks: Verify candidates' qualifications and experience 
  • Make job offers: Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate compensation 
  • Onboard new employees: Connect with new employees and conduct orientation sessions 
  • Ensure compliance: Follow all legal and company hiring policies and procedures 
  • Report on progress: Provide reports on the recruitment process to internal stakeholders and clients
