Responsibilities
- Understand hiring needs: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand what skills and experience are needed for the role
- Develop job descriptions: Write job descriptions for senior-level roles
- Source candidates: Use professional networking sites and job portals to find candidates
- Screen resumes: Review resumes and cover letters to assess candidates' qualifications
- Conduct interviews: Interview candidates to determine if they are a good fit for the role
- Perform background checks: Verify candidates' qualifications and experience
- Make job offers: Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate compensation
- Onboard new employees: Connect with new employees and conduct orientation sessions
- Ensure compliance: Follow all legal and company hiring policies and procedures
- Report on progress: Provide reports on the recruitment process to internal stakeholders and clients
