We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Management Trainee. In this multifaceted position, you will play a vital part in shaping our client solutions, driving pre-sales activities, and managing bids to secure strategic opportunities within the healthcare payer & provider domain.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
· Participate in pre-sales activities by developing solution presentations, workshops, and demonstrations to showcase the value of our services/solution to potential clients
· Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, gathering inputs and insights from various teams to ensure the proposal's accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
· Manage and oversee the end-to-end proposal management process, including solution development, alignment with the client problem statement, and ensuring the development of cost-effective solution
· Responsible for creating and developing high-quality deliverables including client presentations, crafting responses for RFPs/RFIs/pro-active proposals, etc.
· Establish and cultivate relationships with industry analysts by responding to RFIs and other engagements effectively
· Act as a subject matter expert, providing insights and guidance during client interactions and internal discussions.
· Conduct post-bid analysis to identify areas for improvement in the bid process and proposal quality.
· Develop and maintain a repository of content, including case studies, whitepapers, and presentations to support client visits and business development activities.
Qualification
· MBA/PGDM (Healthcare specialization preferred)
· Prior work experience in Healthcare domain (good to have)
· Proven experience in solutions pre-sales, bid management, or consulting roles.
· Strong business acumen with the ability to translate client requirements into impactful solutions
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Profound project management prowess, capable of managing multiple concurrent bids and meeting stringent deadlines.
· Proficiency in analyzing RFPs and crafting high-quality proposals that align with client needs.
· Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Familiarity with Healthcare domain/AI technology or AHM 250/similar certifications is a plus.
