Job Title: Non-QM PPR Reviewer / Mortgage Underwriter

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Non-QM PPR Reviewer to evaluate and verify the documents required Underwriting of Non-QM, Non-Conforming, Jumbo. The ideal candidate will have Basic credit, income, asset, and collateral analysis skills, with the ability to understand investor and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

· Validate Documents required for Non-QM, Non-Conforming, Jumbo.

· Analyze credit reports, calculate DTI/LTV/CLTV/HCLTV, and assess compensating factors.

· Review the documents required salaried and self-employed income (W-2s, 1040s, K-1s, P&L, rental income, bonus/commission).

· Verify assets, reserves, and source/seasoning of funds.

· Review appraisal, title, flood certification, and condo/HOA documentation basic validations

· Ensure compliance with TRID, RESPA, ECOA, HMDA, AML, and Fair Lending requirements.

· Clearly communicate missing documents to the seller

Required Qualifications

· 2–5+ years of U.S. mortgage underwriting experience.

· Strong product knowledge of Non-QM products.

· Experience with Transmittal Summary Review

· Hands-on experience with Encompass or similar LOS.

· Strong analytical and risk assessment skills.

· High attention to detail and fraud awareness.

· Ability to manage high-volume pipelines and meet SLAs.

· Proficiency in MS Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with Jumbo and complex self-employed income files.

· Exposure to investor overlays and exception processing.

· Mortgage BPO experience (plus).
