Senior Analyst - Quality

Role & Responsibilities:

• Conduct Quality Control (QC) audits of underwriter files, ensuring alignment with product guidelines and internal standards.
• Provide real-time feedback to underwriters on audit findings to support continuous improvement.
• Organize and conduct weekly review sessions with underwriters to share overall QC results, trends, and areas of opportunity.
• Perform QC checks on a minimum of 5% of the overall underwriting production volume.
• Maintain a quality target of 97% accuracy in all QC evaluations.
• Document and track findings and support leadership with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the training and underwriting teams to drive process improvements and close quality gaps.
• Stay updated on all underwriting product requirements and ensure audits reflect current policies.
• Participate in calibration sessions and contribute to refining quality standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in live, end-to-end underwriting across various products.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Quality Analyst or QC role within underwriting operations.
• Strong understanding of underwriting guidelines, risk assessment, and documentation standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver effective feedback.
• Proficient in using Excel, QA tracking tools, and underwriting platforms.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze data and present findings clearly and effectively.
