Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in business analysis and product management
• 5+ years in people management or team leadership
• Deep knowledge of US healthcare workflows, claims, eligibility, non-claims, Digital intake, compliance requirements (HIPAA, CMS regulations), and industry pain points
• Proven track record leading product delivery and/or project implementations in healthcare
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to engage C-suite and technical stakeholders
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)

AI/Tech/API Related:

• Understanding of Intelligent Automation/RPA impact on healthcare processes and how to document automation opportunities
• Ability to identify and document requirements for AI-powered features 
• Knowledge of data quality requirements and implications for AI/ML models
• Understanding how to gather requirements from stakeholders for intelligent automation projects
• Familiarity with AI-driven change management—communicating automation and AI adoption to end-users
• Awareness of Operations Intelligence and how to translate business problems into data-driven insights
• Understanding workflows that can benefit from intelligent automation (claims processing, eligibility verification, etc.)
• Ability to work with data teams to define features and requirements for AI-powered solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare domain expertise (clinical, Digital intake, claims, member services)
• Familiarity with healthcare IT systems (EHR, claim platforms, payer systems)
• Experience working with BPO/managed services models
• PMP, CSPM, or advanced certification in project/product management
