Manager - Analytics

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced Manager for Reporting and Analytics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building various operational, service level, and finance reports for Healthcare BPOs supporting large US Health insurance / Payer operations. This role requires expertise in SQL queries, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools. The Senior Manager will lead a team of reporting and MIS analysts, providing guidance, setting goals, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality reports. Additionally, this role involves coordinating with clients to understand business requirements and supporting reporting on operations, service levels, contract and vendor management.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a wide range of operational, service level, and finance reports to support US Healthcare Payer operations.
• Lead and manage a team of reporting analysts and MIS analysts, providing guidance, setting goals, and monitoring performance.
• Utilize SQL queries, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools to create and analyze reports.
• Coordinate with clients to gather business requirements and ensure reports meet their needs.
• Provide inputs and requirements to reporting analysts to ensure accurate and timely report generation.
• Support reporting on contract management and vendor management.
• Continuously evaluate and improve reporting processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure all reports are compliant with industry standards and regulations.
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Analytics, Business Administration, Information Technology).
• Extensive experience in building operational, service level, and finance reports for Healthcare BPOs supporting large US Payer operations.
• Strong proficiency in SQL queries, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team of reporting and MIS analysts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and translate business requirements into effective reports.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
