Proven experience in training with over 1+ years of experience as a Trainer on papers.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) with Hospital Billing Experience

Experience with the development of training materials including presentations, user manuals, and assessments.

Experience with EPIC strongly preferred.

Familiarity with learning management systems and digital training platforms (ex: Articulate 360 applications) is a plus
Role & responsibilities:

Leverages digital technology developments in delivering training programs.

Implement innovative digital tools and platforms to facilitate engaging and effective training programs.

Create training programs and prepare any learning materials needed.

Analyze internal employee data to identify skills gaps and training needs.

Collaborate with department heads to understand organizational goals and align training programs accordingly.

Identify and eliminate barriers to training effectiveness throughout the training value chain.

Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure a seamless training experience for all employees.

Evaluate employee performance to identify areas where skills improvement is needed.

Develop strategies to address performance gaps and enhance overall employee capabilities.

Coordinate and manage the logistics of training programs, including scheduling and resource allocation.

Effectively manage multiple training projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Monitor training program outcomes and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Proactively seek opportunities to enhance training methodologies and content.

Collaborate with department managers and other stakeholders to ensure training initiatives align with organizational objectives.
