Description: 

We are seeking an experienced EDI & ETL Personnel to lead a team focused on electronic data interchange (EDI) and ETL processes using the CUBS system.

This role will oversee EDI developers responsible for CUBS integrations and data processing, utilizing Pick Basic for ETL scripting.

The manager will be accountable for process optimization, data accuracy, and efficient integration of EDI workflows, including payer eligibility and claim status checks.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years in EDI/ETL management, with hands-on experience in the CUBS system and MultiValue databases.

 

Technical Skills:

  • Strong background in EDI standards (e.g., X12) and familiarity with common transactions (270/271, 835, 837).
  • Proficiency in Pick Basic for ETL scripting within the CUBS environment.
  • Working knowledge of MultiValue databases (e.g., UniVerse, UniData).
  • Experience with file-based data exchange (e.g., CSV, XML) and API integration (REST/SOAP).

 

Management Skills: Proven ability to lead a technical team, delegate effectively, and manage project timelines and priorities.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication to document workflows, report progress, and liaise with stakeholders.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify issues in EDI/ETL workflows, and implement solutions for enhanced performance.
