Description: 

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases for SIT and UAT phases
  2. Coordinate with business analysts, developers, and other project team members to understand the system requirements and functionality being tested.
  3. Collaborate with the testing team to define test objectives, scope, and priorities.
  4. Review and analyse business requirements and technical specifications to identify testable scenarios.
  5. Design and implement test scripts, test data, and test environments.
  6. Conduct both manual and automated testing to validate system functionality, performance, and reliability.
  7. Manage and prioritize defects found during testing, track them to resolution, and ensure fixes are implemented.
  8. Ensure test coverage is sufficient to mitigate risks and achieve desired quality standards.
  9. Communicate test progress, test results, and any significant issues or risks to project stakeholders.
  10. Provide guidance and mentorship to the testing team, including assigning tasks and monitoring their progress.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any testing-related issues or dependencies.
  12. Stay updated with industry best practices, tools, and techniques related to testing and quality assurance.
  13. Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

 

 

 

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Proven 5+ years of experience as a Testing Lead, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  3. Strong expertise in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  4. Experience working with Health Edge ERP and/or Facet systems is highly preferred.
  5. Proficiency in creating test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
  6. Familiarity with both manual and automated testing tools and frameworks.
  7. Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
  10. Leadership abilities to guide and motivate the testing team.
  11. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software products.
