Facilitator - Capability Development

Job Summary:
As a Trainer for the process, the primary purpose of the Trainer is ensuring the smooth transition and ramp up of all new hires once they are released from training into production. They will be responsible for the OJT and certification of all new hires. They will also be responsible for ongoing knowledge management, and rollout of updates and training and coaching people on pertinent process, compliance and regulatory changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Implementation
- Leverage digital technology developments in delivering training programs
- Implement innovative digital tools and platforms to facilitate engaging and effective training programs
- Create training programs and prepare any learning materials needed
- Analyze internal employee data to identify skills gaps and training needs
- Collaborate with department heads to understand organizational goals and align training programs accordingly
- Identify and eliminate barriers to training effectiveness throughout the training value chain
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure a seamless training experience for all employees
- Evaluate employee performance to identify areas where skills improvement is needed
- Develop strategies to address performance gaps and enhance overall employee capabilities
- Performs other related duties as assigned or directed
Requirements:
- High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred
- Proven experience in training or a related role, with a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Experience with the development of training materials including presentations, user manuals, and assessments
