Digital Account Representative (Work from Home – Must Reside in Buffalo, NY)

$23.00/hour | Full-Time | Starting Monday, September 15th

Location: Buffalo, NY (On-site training required for first 30 days, then remote)

Position Details:

• Start Date: Monday, September 15th
• Pay: $23.00 per hour
• Training Schedule (In-Office): Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (first 30 days)
• Work Schedule (Remote): Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM & Friday, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Location Requirement: Must live in the Buffalo, NY area

What You’ll Do:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Assist customers in resolving account issues
• Document customer financial information accurately
• Provide empathetic, service-based support (no aggressive collections tactics)

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service or call center experience a plus
• Must reside in the Buffalo, NY area and be able to attend on-site training for 30 days
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable internet connection for remote work
