Responsibilities:

• Acting as the primary point of contact with data subjects, supervisory authorities, and internal teams.
• Leading the development and deployment of compliance monitoring processes.
• Identifying and evaluating the company's data processing activities.
• Providing advice and instructions on how to conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and conducting DPIAs as necessary.
• Monitoring data management procedures and ensuring compliance within the company.
• Participating in meetings with the Data Protection Officer to ensure privacy by design at all levels.
• Ensuring that appropriate records related to processing personal data are meticulously maintained.
• Drafting and updating internal policies and procedures to align with data privacy regulations.
• Ensuring timely response to all queries from data subjects, including the deletion of their information from databases, within legal timeframes.
• Conducting an annual review of the Data Flow Diagram maintained by the organization.
• Liaising with other organizations processing data on behalf of Firstsource Solutions Ltd.
• Performing audits and determining necessary procedural alterations to comply with regulations.
• Responding to incidents and security breaches involving personal data.
• Offering consultation on dealing with privacy breaches effectively.
• Arranging training sessions on privacy compliance for employees.
• Keeping abreast of changes in laws and issuing recommendations to ensure compliance.
• Being readily available for inquiries from data subjects and regulators.
