We are looking for young, highly motivated business analyst with a critical thinking mindset to join our Business Transformation Advisory. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying, improving and developing Digital solutions that drive strategic goals of organization and Clients.   • Serves as a computer technology and Business Process expert for assigned functional applications and processes to assist business lines with development and ongoing support.
  • Provides project release direction and support including research, analysis, requirements, functional requirements, test case development, staging, implementation validation and defect resolution of new or revised systems or processes.
  • Acts as a liaison for project release and typically perform analysis supporting the strategies and objectives of the business line.
  • Compiles and analyzes information that is very detailed and often interpretive making project release, business requirement, or user story recommendations based on the findings.
  • Interfaces with technical resources to develop functional requirements and user acceptance criteria to ensure successful implementation in accordance with business line needs
  • Ability to drive process analysis, opportunity assessment and stakeholder communication, workshops and meetings
  • Able to analyse, develop requirements and executes allocation, transformation processes, and other Configurations
  • Business analysis covering but not limited to capability assessment /business process analysis /financial analysis/ feasibility analysis

Other key requirements:

  • Understanding of ER and MSP Systems, MS Products, Smart Sheets, SQL
  • Mortgage Servicing Background:  Loss Mitigation, Foreclosure, Collections/SPOC
  • Ability to perform Loan-Level, Deep Dive Reviews (Root Cause Analysis)
  • Excellent Communication Skills with All Levels of Management
  • Ability to Multi-Task; Pivot
  • Strong Organizational Skills, Strong servicing background with understanding of servicing terminology and understanding of the servicing loan lifecycle and process flows from one department to the next.
  • Strong understanding of project life cycle methodology (PLM) and testing methodology/procedures with heavy emphasis on Agile
  • Ability to develop test schedules, review testing plans, track test issues and report on test results
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Well versed with MS office, MS Project and able to create effective messaging through excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in teams with Impeccable analytical skills and commercial acumen
  • Self-starter, assertive, result oriented and willingness to adapt to fast paced environment and a quick study
  • Can operate effectively in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines and prioritize one’s own work to achieve them


  • Graduation in Computer Science/ Mathematics/ Physics or another related field
  • 1.5-4 years with at least 1+ years of relevant professional experience in Business Analysis, Process excellence, process consulting, testing and Agile project delivery or related fields
  • Experience and understanding of US mortgage life cycle and servicing is preferred
  • Process Excellence/Six Sigma experience and certifications is a plus
