Role Description: Design and own solutions for clients in the Banking and Financial Services (BFS) vertical. Work with Business Development, Support functions, Transformation teams and Operations personnel to help uncover and develop best-in-class solutions to meet customer needs. Roles & Responsibilities

• Review RFX documents to understand scope of work and customer needs, develop an overarching solution to be proposed as part of the solicitation response. Support proactive pitches, client workshops and proposal defense.
• Perform effort estimation using information provided as part of the solicitation documentation, to determine most cost efficient and effective staffing, technology and differentiating approaches.
• Work with internal teams to derive the commercials to be proposed to customers
• Communicate solutions with customers, management, and teaming partners, including presentations, white papers, meetings, and further discussions.
• Stay updated on latest technologies and solutions in the BPM and Digital CX/Transformation space, as well as within the BFS industry. Propose new and innovative solutions to the most complex challenges.
• Review customer provided information and outside sources to understand potential issues/ problems currently faced and develop approach to solving these problems

Role Holder Profile

1. Preferred educational qualifications: · MBA or equivalent degree from a recognized
2. B-School or institute, with no history of academic backlogs. B. Preferred work experience: 1+ years of relevant experience will be an advantage.
