Presales Creative Designer

Purpose of the role:

The Presales Creative Designer plays a pivotal role in enhancing the storytelling, design, and communication impact of client-facing presales and marketing content. This role involves the creation of visually compelling, brand-aligned materials that articulate Firstsource’s value proposition, capabilities, and client impact across diverse industries and markets.

The core areas of responsibility include:

·         Translating solution strategies and client requirements into impactful presentations, visuals, and creative content that support the sales and solutioning process.

·         Collaborating with presales, sales, marketing, and product teams to craft custom visual narratives aligned with Firstsource’s offerings and market positioning.

·         Bringing together design thinking, visual communication, and content innovation to differentiate our proposals and pitches.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Visual Storytelling & Design:
  • Create compelling narratives and visual storylines for sales presentations and pitches.
  • Design high-impact, brand-aligned PowerPoint decks, infographics, and illustrations.
  • Translate complex business and technical content into engaging visual formats.
  • Content Innovation:
  • Develop visually appealing case studies, flyers, and collateral to showcase Firstsource’s client impact.
  • Create and edit video content (explainers, demo videos, animated walkthroughs) to support solution and product storytelling.
  • Use wireframes and mockups to present digital concepts for proposed solutions.
  • Collaboration & Ideation:
  • Work with presales leads and SMEs to understand client needs and co-create creative assets that align with solutioning strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency with brand identity and messaging.
  • Asset & Template Management:
  • Build and maintain a design asset library including reusable templates, icons, and graphics.
  • Drive continuous improvement of content design practices, tools, and processes to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.

  • Increased engagement and conversion rate of proposals and presentations
  • Recognition and reuse of created assets across business units
  • Contributions to differentiated pitch experiences via video, digital prototypes, and visual storytelling
  • Consistency in branding and design quality across presales materials

Reporting Structure:

  • The role will report to the Client Solutioning Lead
  • Collaborate and work closely with the following stakeholders and teams - All Business Heads and Business Units, Digital Transformation team, Sales & CRM leads, Operations support team

 

Presales and Client Solutioning - Success profile

 

Experience

Critical:

  • 5+ years of experience in design and creative roles, preferably supporting presales, marketing, or solution teams in IT/ITeS or consulting firms
  • Proven track record in creating impactful client presentations, visuals, wireframes, collateral, and video content
  • Experience working in B2B environments with cross-functional stakeholders (sales, solution, marketing, operations)
  • Exposure to solution artifacts such as flyers, case studies, cheat sheet and sales playbook

 

Know-How

Critical:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Mass Communication, Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field
  • Expertise in UI /UX Design, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma, Miro or similar tools
  • Ability to create wireframes, UX mockups, and motion graphics with basic Angular experience
  • Strong storytelling, content design, and visualization skills
  • Understanding of branding, layout design, and user-centric visual communication

Desirable:

  • Master’s or executive program in product management and digital transformation can be an added advantage
  • Certification or training in Graphics, Animation design, Power BI Dashboard Visual storytelling, multimedia, or marketing design
  • Experience in creating assets for digital transformation, AI/ML solutions, or BPM services
  • Familiarity with design systems, UI prototyping tools, or GenAI-assisted design platforms
