Role Description:
As an Senior Executive – ETO, you will hold a crucial position in propelling technological advancement and achieving excellence within the realm of ETO. Your primary responsibilities will entail working in close collaboration with the ETO team and multifunctional teams to elevate our infrastructure. This role requires a deep understanding of technology trends, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities
Strategic
• Driving long-term strategy in collaboration with Enterprise Transformation teams, other HR peer groups and business leaders to support & maintain the HR applications.
Operational
- Analyzing the current business system and documenting the "as is" model, while anticipating potential changes and improvements.
- Conducting user testing and creating user training materials and manuals.
- Gathering, assessing, prioritizing, and understanding business and stakeholder requirements.
- Managing projects independently by coordinating with stakeholders, vendors, and other relevant parties.
- Leading project meetings with confidence and professionalism.
- Managing and troubleshooting issues within HR applications.
- Prioritizing multiple tasks while addressing urgent needs promptly.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and designing, implementing, and delivering new features to meet those needs while ensuring data compliance, security, and integrity.
- Successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously using strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrating proficiency in relevant technologies and actively participating in training to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Adhering to quality standards in all aspects of work.
Expected/Key Results

Preferred Educational Qualifications
- Graduate, preferably from Computer background
Preferred Work Experience
- 2 to 3 years of experience in HR Technology/ETO
Competencies & Skills
- Knowledge on platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Zwayam, Oracle HCM, etc.
- Familiarity with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) to streamline HR processes.
- Skills in using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or even Excel for workforce analytics
- Use of data and tech to inform better HR decisions.
- Leading digital transformation projects confidently
- Strong project management skills, especially for implementing new HR systems or managing upgrades
- Explaining complex tech solutions to non-tech HR teams and training end-users
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
