Job Title: Web Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, innovative, and collaborative Web Specialist to lead the

planning, execution, and optimization of our web presence. This role is critical to driving

user engagement, ensuring high-performing websites, and aligning digital strategies with

overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Strategy & Management:

Manage and execute the overall strategy for the company’s website(s), ensuring

alignment with brand identity and business objectives.

• Web Design & Development Oversight:

Supervise the design, development, testing, and deployment of web pages and

features.

• User Experience (UX) Collaboration:

Work with designers, developers, and content creators to improve navigation,

layout, and overall user experience.

• Project Management:

Manage web-related projects, including scoping, planning, timelines, and quality

assurance, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

• Performance Optimization:

Optimize website speed, responsiveness, mobile usability, and core web vitals.

• Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, assign tasks and track progress of web

development activities.

• Technical Oversight:

Maintain website functionality, security, and browser/device compatibility.

• IT Collaboration:

Partner with IT teams to resolve technical issues and maintain secure

infrastructure.

• Analytics & Reporting:

Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools to analyze traNic,

user behavior, and performance.• A/B Testing & Conversion Optimization:

Conduct experiments to enhance user experience and drive conversions.

• Cross-Department Collaboration:

Coordinate with digital marketing, Marketing sales, and content teams to ensure

unified messaging.

• Vendor & Project Management:

Liaise with third-party vendors to manage web projects and ensure timely

delivery.

• Trend Monitoring:

Stay updated with emerging web technologies, standards, and trends.

• Accessibility Compliance:

Ensure website meets WCAG and other accessibility standards to provide

inclusive digital experiences.

• Data Privacy Compliance:

Implement website features and policies that comply with regulations like

GDPR, CCPA, and others.

• Legal & Policy Compliance:

Maintain accurate terms of use, privacy policies, cookie notifications, and other

required web legal documentation.

Technical Skills Required:

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (e.g.,

WordPress, Drupal,).

• Experience with SEO best practices and technical SEO.

• Familiarity with web performance optimization tools (e.g., Google PageSpeed

Insights, Lighthouse).

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and implementation.

• Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, Hotjar,

Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, HubSpot form integration).

• Understanding of security protocols, including HTTPS, SSL certificates, and

web application firewalls.

• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and web compliance frameworks (e.g.,

GDPR, CCPA).• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Jira, Monday.com)
