Senior Manager – Sales Research & Insights

 

Purpose of the role:

Sales Operations & Enablement function at Firstsource is responsible to help drive higher revenues and improve sales efficiency.

The Research and Insights (CoE) help improve win rates and increase pipeline and thus influence sales productivity and efficiency. AD – Research is a global role and will work across verticals, horizontals and geographies.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Help define the GTM based on industry trends and intelligence around markets at organizational, business and capability level
  • Identify emerging trends and create point of views to help shape GTM
  • Publish industry specific trends and news from prominent organizations from target customer base
  • Identify growth opportunities in market and specific accounts, help build value propositions based on customer needs and our capabilities
  • Help with research and insights to identify capability build-out and possible partnerships/acquisitions across the specific value chains
  • Enable competitor intelligence around strengths and weakness and create battle cards for the sales teams through primary and secondary research
  • Enable persona research and identify connections and best way to reach out to the buyer persona

 

Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in market, region, account, persona, competition research, both primary and secondary research
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Experience in B2B IT/ITES preferred
  • Experience of working with senior stakeholders, CXOs and leadership
  • Preferred knowledge in Healthcare, BFS and CMT
  • Experience working with teams from different geographies
  • English language fluency (oral and written)
