Job Overview:
A Marketing Technology Manager is responsible for integrating marketing and technology to improve a company’s market presence. They are in charge of developing and implementing marketing strategies that incorporate software and hardware systems, as well as managing vendors and team members. Their responsibilities include identifying, testing, and implementing new marketing technologies, building data-driven marketing campaigns, and ensuring marketing automation systems are functioning correctly. Ultimately, the Marketing Technology Manager’s goal is to use technology to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of a company’s marketing efforts.. Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to improve marketing campaigns with technology solutions.
• Identify and evaluate new marketing technologies to enhance team performance and improve ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing technologies.
• Manage and maintain marketing technology platforms and systems, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
• Analyze and report on marketing data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Lead training sessions for team members on new and existing marketing technologies and tools.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technology trends and best practices, and apply them to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations. Experience
• 10+ years of work experience and atleast 5+ years of work experience with CRM systems
• Has expertise and worked on platforms like Drupal, AWS, Hubspot or equivalent software’s
• Externally facing website migration experience (like Kinsta, Wordpress) would be an added advantage
• Strong understanding of data analytics
• Proven track record in project management
• Expertise in marketing automation platforms
• Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies
• Familiarity with web development technologies
• Experience in managing vendor relationships
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with lead nurturing and scoring
