Minimum Criteria: 
  • H1 and G grade employees can apply. It will be a lateral movement for G Grade Employees & vertical movement for H1 Grade Employees.
  • Applicants should have completed a minimum tenure of 18 months in the organization and 12 months in their current role as on 01st December 2025.
  • Performance rating of CME or above in the last 6 months.
  • No documented disciplinary issues/PIP in the last 6 months.
Role & Responsibilities:
  • Closely workshop with brokers to package the deal ensuring that every submission is structured optimally and aligns with the lender policies and client's needs.
  • Prepare comprehensive credit submissions for a variety of lending scenarios, including but not limited to refinances, purchases, multiple-securities, multiple applicants, SMSF and bridging finance.
  • Liaise with clients to gather necessary documentation and clarify financial details.
  • NCCP Compliance checks and transcribing notes from summaries to detailed responses.
  • Understand and interpret complex financials (Self-employed, SMSF, trusts and company)
  • Complete lender servicing calculators and living expense analysis to assess clients borrowing capacities
  • Researching lenders who have a specific policy to suit the clients' requirements and provide expert guidance on said policies to ensure compliance and optimal loan structuring.
  • Order Valuations based on the information provided by the client, understanding the different types of valuations and communicating with valuation firms to discuss or escalate.
  • Pricing requests across multiple lenders, for new applications and settled loans.
  • Generating comprehensive credit reports and being able to interpret them.
  • Assist in mitigating MIRs, Conditional Approvals, and Settlement Conditions.
  • Cross checking approval and settlement document to ensure the details match the clients' requirements, per the submission.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, lending products, and regulatory changes.
Educational/Professional Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant course.
  • Certificate IV Financing & Mortgage Broking
  • More than 4 years of experience in an Australian mortgage broking industry specializing in AU loan processing.
  • Previous experience in data entry of client information to MyCRM (LMG CRM system)
  • Previous experience in data entry of a loan application into MyCRM and Apply Online (AOL), Simpology, or direct to the lender.
  • Previous experience in generating application paperwork, including those for the First Home Buyers and Discharge forms.
  • Experience in using aggregators CRM such as MyCRM, Infynity, Mercury Nexus, Flex or Sales trekker.
  • Experience using Project/Task Management Tools (Monday.com, Trello, Airtable etc).
  • Experience with an LMG brokerage working with multiple brokers in a fast-paced business and MyCRM software is preferred.
Required skills:
  • Has a strong understanding of complex loan structures and loan types (multiple applicants, multiple securities, SMSF, company and trust lending, etc)
  • Has a strong understanding of various income streams and is confident in income calculations for PAYG, SMSF, company and trust financials.
  • Is proficient in using IT software, Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office, including Gmail or Outlook.
