Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative, skilled UX manager to design platforms and websites with functionality and aesthetics in mind. You will work with back-end developers and web developers to ensure that the platform is optimized for user experience and the interface is intuitive to the user across devices.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design "simple, elegant & intuitive" experiences and interactions that bring delight and step change to users’ workflows.
• Visualize experience concepts through the creation of wireframes, design mockups, journey maps, process flows, and prototypes
• Analyze user needs and gather requirements across multiple product experiences to understand the dependencies for a common experience solution Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams and design leadership

COMPETENCIES (SKILLS AND ABILITIES)

• Must have 6+ years of IC UX and/or Product Design experience in enterprise software/product company
• Must have experience shipping world-class product designs in Figma, Sketch or comparable tools with focus on delivering simple solutions to complex problems
• Success in creating strong UX designs that get the customers job done and delight users and experience working with and contributing to Design Systems Must understand front-end development techniques (HTML, CSS, JS frameworks) as well as its technical limitations.
• Ability to work independently & collaboratively
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
• 4+ years of experience in UX and product design
• A strong portfolio showcasing foundational understanding of UX and UI design, thought process and how you've contributed to solving specific problems with functional designs 
• Experience working with cross-functional teams – partnering with product and development to oversee the user experience from conception to launch
• Experience with prototyping to explore and convey design solutions
• Self-guided and motivated to learn new tools and techniques
• Fluent in English with effective communication and storytelling skills
