Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategic:

  • Create  strategy and action plan for HR department which helps meet  organizational goals and objectives
  • Partner with BU head/ stakeholders to develop and implement HR initiatives that will improve overall engagement , productivity and retention for the unit
  • Provide expertise in the following areas:, Talent Management , Performance management, coaching, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, rewards and Recognition programs, data analysis and strategic development
  • Coach and guide  leadership to drive culture to ensure we continue our fast-paced growth and success
  • Creates professional relationships with both internal and external clients and customers

 

Operational:

  • Oversee all the activities related to HR Department and work closely with the BU heads and HR team members to identify practical solutions to complex and diverse HR issues, and recommending appropriate action plans
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies to manage attrition
  • Ensure high satisfaction scores indicative in the monthly Employee Satisfaction Survey
  • Initiate and plan regular HR Training for all employees with a view to educate employees on Policies, knowledge orientation and self development sessions etc.
  • Ensure that all HR related communication is appropriately cascaded, Provide forums for employees to raise issues /concerns and also ensure that the same are effectively redressed and Provide engagement solutions to address concerns
  • Responsible for Performance Management and Talent Development  of the Business Unit  
  • Ensure compliance during client and internal audits, Ensure compliance on all HR activities such payroll, increments, etc
  • Develop and monitor spending against the departmental budget
  • Work with Legal and Compliance Departments to assure HR processes and policies are within the legal framework as required
  • Implementation of Corporate HR Initiatives / Global initiatives

Experience

Critical:

  • Post graduation/Master’s degree  in Human Resource from a reputed B School
  • 5+ yrs of HR experience out of which  2-3 yrs of experience in ITES/ BPO function preferred
  • Proven experience  in managing  Human Resource  for a  mid to large scale multi - location operations

 

Highly Desirable:

  • Experience in HR Employee Engagement and Recruitment

 

Know-How

Critical:

  • Thorough knowledge of HR  Domain and  Industry best  practices
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Ability to work on  various HR projects for the BU
  •   

Desirable:

  • Experience in designing and implementing HR  strategy
