Role Description: As the Helpdesk Support Specialist, you will  manage system administration tasks to maintain system functionality, safeguard data integrity, ensure availability, and facilitate client processing. Execute a range of responsibilities related to PC installation and provide support when needed. Conduct maintenance tasks for personal computers, telephones, workstations, and monitors to ensure their optimal performance.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Offer Helpdesk Support to address daily issues efficiently
  • Aid in the day-to-day management and administration of data systems, encompassing performance monitoring, capacity planning, and preventive maintenance
  • Assist end-users in accessing information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system inquiries
  • Facilitate employee moves, additions, and changes within the system
  • Enforce compliance with company technology policies
  • Conduct setup, maintenance, and replacement of PCs, monitors, and telephones
  • Review, articulate, and communicate user requirements to both internal and external providers and vendors
  • Be available to perform off-hours duties for tasks requiring attention during non-standard working hours

  • Knowledge of network operating systems such as Windows Server and UNIX.
