Schedule

Training (First 2 Weeks):
Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Regular Schedule (After Training):
Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions with professionalism and empathy
  • Assist customers by answering questions and providing clear, accurate information
  • Help customers understand available options and next steps related to their accounts
  • Deliver a positive, respectful customer experience on every call
  • Meet quality, attendance, and performance standards
  • Accurately document customer interactions and account updates
  • Follow all company policies and regulatory guidelines

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 6+ months of customer service, call center, or sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems
  • Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
