Pay: $19/hour English ($21/hour Spanish Bilingual)

Start Date: Monday, May 11th 

 

SCHEDULE:

  • Classroom Training: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (3 weeks)
  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM & 1 Saturday a month (earlier shifts available 3 months after completion of training)
  • Bilingual Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM & 1 Saturday a month (earlier shifts available 3 months after completion of training)

What You'll Do:

  • Engage with customers to understand their financial situations and recommend appropriate payment solutions
  • Handle inbound or outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Follow state and federal guidelines to ensure compliance
  • Work toward performance goals related to call quality and resolutions

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 6+ months of customer service or sales experience
  • Stable work history and a professional demeanor
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with care and discretion
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
