Description: 

Frist Source Work From Home Customer Service is seeking compassionate and customer-focused individuals to join our remote call center team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our members, helping them navigate their health insurance needs with professionalism and care. 

Start Day : August 18th, 2025

Training Hours: 8am EST-8:00pm EST Monday - Friday

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound calls from members regarding benefits, claims, billing, and coverage.
  • Provide accurate and timely information while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document all interactions in internal systems with attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve member issues.
  • Uphold company values and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • 1+ year of customer service or call center experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
